Principal Dwayne Dubois

Mr. DuBois is a proud product of Cincinnati Public Schools and a former Woodward student. He is honored to return as principal of Woodward Career Technical High School. For Mr. DuBois, leading Woodward is more than a profession—it is a source of pride and personal commitment. He is dedicated to cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement for all members of the school community.

A veteran educator with 25 years of experience, Mr. DuBois is currently in his ninth year as an administrator. He has previously served as an assistant principal at Hughes STEM High School and Withrow University High School. Throughout his leadership career, he has supported significant End-of-Course (EOC) gains, collaborated to increase graduation rates, and built strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

Outside of school, Mr. DuBois is a devoted husband of nearly 24 years and a proud father of three adult children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting game nights, watching action movies, and playing with his grandson.

Mr. DuBois looks forward to continuing strong partnerships with students, staff, families, and community stakeholders to ensure Woodward Career Technical High School achieves at the highest levels possible.
